Service as It Should Be
Return Policy
In the Print Shop will accept returns for merchandise in its original packaging, condition, and accompanied by the original order number within the time frames provided below.
Sale merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Processing
30 Days:
Return items within 30 days for a full refund. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: It may take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
31-90 Days:
Returns made within 31-90 days of the original purchase will be refunded to an in the Print Shop credit at the original price paid.
No returns accepted after 90 days of original purchase.
Make A Return
Repackage the items you are returning and include your packing slip with the items you are returning circled. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail to:

Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is submitted. We ship everything by Priority Mail.

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped. We do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.

Orders are sent via the United States Postal Service.
​
APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service and the Military Postal service Agency (MPSA). Priority mail is shipped via air to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and normally take around 10-15 days to most locations but can take longer.

Backordered Items:
We will ship backordered items when available. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the separate shipment of backordered items.
